Privacy policy

Short version: we do not collect any personal data on this website.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website, tupimoo.com, belongs to Tupimoo, a channel of songs and stories for young children. You can contact us at .

2. What we collect

Nothing. This website has no accounts, no sign-up, no comment boxes and no forms. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels or social media plugins. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or from adults.

The site’s fonts, pictures and code are all stored on our own server. Opening a page does not make your browser contact any other company.

3. Server logs

Like every website, our web server may briefly keep technical logs (for example IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use them to identify or profile anyone, we do not share them, and they are deleted automatically after a short time (at most 14 days). The legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. YouTube videos

The video pictures on this site are plain images stored on our server. A video is loaded from YouTube only when you tap play, and then in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment YouTube (Google) receives information such as your IP address and may store data on your device, as described in Google’s privacy policy. Links to our YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest pages take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

5. Children (COPPA and GDPR)

Our content is made for young children, so this site is designed to collect no personal information at all. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by e-mail, please tell us and we will delete it promptly. We ask grown-ups, not children, to contact us.

6. E-mails

If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your message. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask what data we hold about you (in practice, only e-mails you sent us) and have it corrected or deleted. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
